About the Event
Whatever your business, wherever you are on your business journey, looking after your mental health should always be a priority. From feeling alone to overwhelmed, stressed to burnt out, being a business owner isn’t always easy. That's why we've invited Mental First Aid Trainer Jen Chapman Boffin to host a mental health and wellbeing session exclusively for children's activity providers.
In this live session Jen will give a general introduction on the impact of mental health, as well as the importance of boundary setting. There will then be some time to share, ask questions and get advice and support. (If there is anything you would like to ask in advance please contact Julia Clark in confidence: jclark@childrensactivitiesassociation.org).
Jen is the owner of Cinder | Mental Health First Aid Training – Mental Health First Aid training, workshops and consultancy services (cinderltd.co.uk) They support businesses to create a mentally healthy workplace where you, your people and your business can thrive. Their Mental Health First Aid training, bespoke workshops and event talks build practical tools for life, in and outside of work.
