Welcome to your CAA Member Portal

Welcome to the CAA Members Portal. 

​

This is where you can manage your membership subscription, keep track of the CAA events you have registered for (and access Member discounts or Member-only events), manage your profile, and find out how to take advantage of the partnership discounts you are entitled to (these may vary depending on your level of membership).

 

When signed into your account you can also view all Member-only resources and content on the News and Resources page.

Please note: You must be logged in using the email address that you registered as a Member or Supporter with 

​

If you login using the social platform options and they use a different email to the one attached to your membership, then the system will not recognise your membership and you will not be able to view the Member-only content or access member discounts. 

​

Not sure if you're a member?

Check out our list of members - if you are a franchisee of a member company, you are automatically a member too! All you need to do is get in touch and we can add you to the account. > Signing up and logging in

How do I know if I'm logged in?

If you see the words Member Login in your header bar, you aren't logged in. Just click on it and enter your email and password (or click sign up if you've not set them yet).​

If you see a circle with your initial in, something like the image below, then you're logged in already!

​All you need to do is click on the drop-down arrow and you'll be able to access your account.

​​Can't access the Member-only resources?

Firstly, check that you are logged in with the same email address that you used to sign up with us (it's best to use the Sign up with email option instead of Google or Facebook to be sure).

 

If this doesn't work, you may not be attached to the Member Company account. Drop us an email with your name, company and work email address and we'll look into it and get back to you. (This process is much quicker if your email domain matches the domain on the existing member account - especially if you are a franchisee and your franchisor purchased the CAA membership).

My Account

Here's where you can update your profile and login details.

Supporter / Member Benefits

You will either see a tab called Supporter Benefits or Member Benefits depending on your subscription level.

​​Here is where you'll find the information you need to access all your Supporter / Member benefits and discounts.

Events

Here you can see all the events you have registered for and access your event tickets.

My Wallet

You can add your card details in here to speed up checkout​.

My Subscriptions

This is where you can see and manage all the CAA packages you're currently signed up to. You can upgrade (you need to be signed up to one of the Member packages to be able to access all the resources), re-activate, or cancel your subscriptions here.

Choose what you want to receive notifications about here.
