"Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.

No use of The Children's Activities Association's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Restricted Access

Access to some parts of our website may be restricted, either by a paywall or login information. Access to restricted content is provided at the full discretion of The Children’s Activities Association. The Children’s Activities Association reserves the right to restrict future access to pages or posts at their discretion. 

User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

When registering your details on any part of The Site, you agree to the Children’s Activities Association storing and processing your personal data in line with our privacy policy. You also accept that we may use this data for marketing purposes where we deem you to have a legitimate interest and for the purpose of delivering the event(s) you have registered for.

Event registration

When registering for an event organised by The Children’s Activities Association, you agree to adhere to all security, safety and code of conduct procedures and policies in place at the hosting venue and to behave in an appropriate manner. 

Registration to an event organised by the Children’s Activities Association does not guarantee entry. Entry is provided at the sole discretion of the organiser and can be revoked at any time should the organiser deem it appropriate or necessary.

The Children’s Activities Association reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at our events without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. This includes, but is not limited to, use across social media, the event website, printed and electronic marketing collateral and press coverage.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
