About the Event
Gemma Bailey is the founder of People Building which is a practice and franchise dedicated to offering mental health coaching and training.
- Have you noticed an increase in stress, anxiety, and depression among employees and franchisees?
- Has the growth in neurodivergent challenges increased mental health amongst those you support?
- Are you working with those who struggle with doing their job effectively because of their mental well-being?
Let me tell you about a government fund of £65,000 per person designed to help, that is available for every employee and in many cases, at ZERO COST.
Using modalities such as psychology, neurolinguistic programming, dialectical behaviour therapy, coaching, and hypnotherapy, the People Building team provides individual coaching sessions and support for organisations who wish to improve interpersonal effectiveness in their teams.
Gemma has 2 decades of experience in therapy and personal development and works with companies across the UK helping them to access funding for employees, including directors and apprentices to improve their mental health in the workplace.
Being an employer and franchisor, Gemma is well aware of the challenges that employees face in managing problems such as anxiety, stress, depression, and neurodivergencies that can make interpersonal relationships less easy to manage.
She will share strategies on the day and tell you how you can receive further support for individual employees without it taking a bean from your budget.
