Reflecting on an Incredible Day at the 2025 Club Hub Awards and Top 100 Announcement
We were thrilled to attend the 2025 Club Hub Awards and the launch of the Top 100 Children’s Activity Provider List, revealed at the prestigious Club Hub Event on Saturday, 10th May at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham.
This inspiring day brought together children’s activity providers from all across the UK to celebrate passion, innovation, and impact within our industry — from coaches and educators to entertainers and entrepreneurs.
Honouring the Best in the Industry
The Club Hub Awards are the only national awards in the children’s activity sector judged entirely on merit — no votes, no popularity contests — just real, meaningful stories of excellence. This year, 75 exceptional finalists were shortlisted from over 340 entries, and 15 deserving winners were announced live on stage and on Grow Radio.
Congratulations to the winners:
Anne-Marie Martin – diddi dance - Lifetime Achievement Award
Oliver Brown – Bluebell Dairy - Attraction or Venue of the Year
Reece Elbourn and Chris Kelly – Let's Leap Sports Academy - Biggest Growth of the Year
Dan Flanagan – Dad La Soul - Community Champion of the Year
Anna Neville – Kidslingo Franchise HQ - Entrepreneur of the Year
Holly Clarkson & Adrian Woolner – Big Mouth Theatre - Family Business of the Year
Sports Xtra (Head Office) - Franchise of the Year with up to 15 franchisees

Jo Haydon – 4 Community Trust - Non Profit Business of the Year

Amy Jane Eley – Magical Tots - Start-Up of the Year
Carrie Ann Booth – STEAM Educators' Staff Room - Supplier of the Year
The event also marked the launch of Club Hub’s first-ever Top 100 Children’s Activity Providers, recognising outstanding businesses making a difference in their communities. Providers were selected for their achievements in five key areas: safeguarding, inclusivity, business growth, session delivery, and community engagement — evaluated by a panel of expert judges.
The CAA was honoured to have been part of the judging panel, evaluating the safeguarding submissions, alongside James McDonald from our Founding Partner, Morton Michel, and Antonia Noble from our Partner Safeguarding Fundamentals.

A Day of Learning, Networking and Inspiration
Throughout the day, we participated in expert-led workshops on vital topics like SEN, business growth, AI, and building successful partnerships. The highlight? A moving keynote speech by DanceSyndrome, which reminded us all of the power of inclusion and creativity in our work with children and families.
