News - Babyballet® Danceathon raises record amount for Tommy’s

Babyballet® dancers from as young as 6 months old have raised more than half a million pounds for pregnancy research charity Tommy’s through this year’s Danceathon event.

The 2025 total of £521,792 is the highest since the launch of Danceathon, which began in 2016 and takes place every two years.

It takes the overall amount raised for Tommy’s by babyballet® in five Danceathons to over £1.6m.

The donations have helped to fund Tommy’s research into pregnancy loss, stillbirth and premature birth.

“All of the money raised by babyballet® since 2016 has played a vital role in helping Tommy’s researchers keep working towards our goal of making pregnancy and birth safe for everyone.” Said Jacqui Clinton, Director of Fundraising at Tommy’s. 

“We’re immensely grateful to every child, family and babyballet® leader who made this year’s Danceathon such an outstanding success.”
