Nurseries are required to be increasingly transparent about their fees and any charges they pass on to parents. And as an activity provider going into settings, this probably includes you.
With the changes coming in September 2025, there's understandably some concern amongst children's activity providers as to how this may affect them. In this webinar, Cerys clears up some of those misconceptions, and talks about the ways that you can make it easier for nurseries to work with you. Plus some ideas for getting your foot in the door in the first place!
She covers off:
The different ways nurseries fund activities with external providers - including EYPP, voluntary payments and legitimate use of funds.
Payment solutions and the different ways you can charge for your services
Booking management options - direct with parents, discounted long-term agreements with the nurseries etc.
Flexibility - It needs to be a partnership. So how can you adapt what you offer to fit? Cerys shares some scenarios.
